Our surveyors have dealt with all types of buildings projects and are particularly experienced in larger projects, including complex fire engineered designs. Where a local act such as section 20 of the London Building Acts applies we can advise at an early stage what the implications will be and negotiate a workable solution on your behalf.

We will provide expert advice to ensure that your facilities and services are accessible to all and guide you through the various requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.

• Fire Risk Assessments

We will review your premises in relation to all aspects of fire safety and guide you through issues, such as staff training, fire hazards and evacuation procedures.
